Frequently Asked Questions
1
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, I am currently accepting new adult patients, ages 18 and older.
2
What is your availability?
I see patients Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM MST via telehealth.
3
Do you offer in-person appointments?
No, currently all of my appointments are done via telehealth.
4
What is your session fee?
Current session fees are available upon request. A consultation is a good opportunity to discuss fees, insurance, and scheduling before committing to treatment.
5
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently in-network with Aetna and Lyra Health for clients located in California.
For clients in Texas and other PSYPACT participating states, I am considered an out-of-network provider, and services are paid privately at the time of service. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits for mental health treatment, which may allow you to receive partial reimbursement depending on your coverage.
Upon request, I can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. I recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits, deductible, and reimbursement rates.
6
What is your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. The full session fee will be charged for late cancellations, as each session time is held exclusively for you.
